This is a 2001 Blues Clues Green Puppy 7" Plush. Viacom. Measures approximately between 6" & 7" tall not including the ears. Pre-owned condition & well loved. The tush tag is very faded. I don't see any major rips, tears, stains, etc. though & it seems to be a RARE find so I think it's worth it. SEE PHOTOS.
