This is a Nintendo 3DS XL console, it is functional in regards to everything except two issues.
1 - The top screens brightness will not dim, so it stays full brightness.
2 - The start button is function but "mushy" or hard to press.
Aside from that everything else about the console besides some dings, works just fine.
